Tina (Morgan) – Scheduling / Treatment Coordinator
Tina has worked for Dr. Carl for the past sixteen years and is loved by all of our patients because of her sweet demeanor and her genuine love of people. With her great communication skills and positive attitude, Tina sets the bar for delivering quality patient care to our patients and helps Dr. Carl maintain a smooth running office. She has two daughters that have given her three beautiful grandchildren. Between her three dogs and three grandchildren, Tina still has time to follow her favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, (we let her keep her job despite that!).
Lori – Patient / Insurance Coordinator
Lori is our patient / insurance coordinator and has been a vital part of Dr. Carl’s team for fifteen years. She can always be found with a smile and a positive attitude and she enjoys connecting with patients and is helpful and effective at communicating their dental treatment needs. Lori is the mother of two children, Shonelle and Isaiah, and she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play football and reading.
Jessica - Hygienist
Jessica has been Dr. Carl’s hygienist for the past eighteen years and she excels at building strong, long lasting relationships with her patients and co-workers. Jessica is very good at communicating and educating each of her patients and is dedicated to improving her patient’s oral health. In her spare time she is a world class pool player! She enjoys tough competition playing the game of nine-ball in local, state and national tournaments. She looks forward to seeing you soon!
Heather - Hygienist
Heather was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and has been practicing hygiene for the past thirteen years. She enjoys building personal relationships with her patients, while educating them on maintaining optimum oral health. Heather is the proud Mom to three adorable children who keep her very busy. In her spare time, Heather enjoys family time, running, traveling and giving back to others in her community
Rose Mary – Registered Dental Assistant
Rose Mary has been working as a Registered Dental Assistant with Dr. Carl for thirty years! She is extremely well respected and has built a relationship of trust and quality care with our patients. Rose Mary is the mother of five children and one granddaughter and she enjoys spending time with her large extended family and likes to go camping and quad riding on her days off.
Tracy – Dental Assistant
Nikki– Registered Dental Assistant
Nikki is in her fourth year as a dental assistant, and enjoys working with the team in our high tech office. She has a natural ability to connect with people, which makes her a perfect fit for Dr. Carl's practice. She is working towards getting her R.D.A. license and aspires to be a dental hygienist. Nikki grew up in the Monterey Bay area and her interests outside of work include spending time with her family, (especially her new born son Victor Jr.!), and enjoys an array of outdoor activities.
